We specialise in custom made novelty and carved cakes, bursting with personality and amazingly detailed characters.
Whether it's a favourite cartoon hero for your little one's birthday cake, something sweet and adorable for a new baby celebration or a characture of someone special on one of those big birthdays - we have the imagination to make it a masterpiece.
With an eye for detail and a slick finish, we can also bring a refreshing twist to classic and traditional cakes, creating eye-catching wedding and celebration centrepieces.
But it's not all about the look - The Little Bake Shop is all about the taste too. Our cakes are all handmade in our County Down kitchen, using only fine quality ingredients. We only ever use free range eggs - locally sourced when possible and we NEVER use frozen cakes. We don't use artifical flavours, preservatives or sweetners - we make cakes the way they should be, and you will taste the difference.

Cupcakes are a fantastic alternative - or addition - to a speciality cake.
As much care and attention goes into each of our cupcakes as does our full sized cakes. We can create custom made cupcakes in any design to suit your occassion.
Available in single boxes, ideal for favours or thank-yous, boxes of 6 and boxes of 12 and multiples. Why not give a gift of a box of bespoke cupcakes - let us wrap them, stack them, add some gorgeous ribbons and bows and a complimentary gift card.
Cupcakes are also ideal corporate gifts and like our speciality cakes, we can feature any design - from handmade characters, to messages and initals or simply top with whipped buttercream frostings, add some sparkle and a bit of bling and you have a talking point for any party. Cookie Mix Bags - a really impressive gift to send your party guests home with to enjoy. Our cute little bags are filled with a sealed bag of freshly prepared cookie mix for your friends to bake at home! All they have to do is add a scoop of butter or an egg and pop them in the oven. Full instructions are included. Each bag is finished with a custom-made label with a witty verse and graphic to match your occassion. Birthday favours feature the birthday boy/girl's names or add the bride & groom's names for weddings or baby name for a shower or christening.

Two layers of moist chocolate fudge cake, filled and covered with a rich Bournville chocolate fudge cream, and topped with milk, dark and white chocolate shavings.
Deep filled banoffee pie
An extra thick crunchy oat biscuit base, filled with thick caramel, topped with two layers of whipped double cream and banana, finished with spikes of dark chocolate.
Mixed berry pavalova
A cloud of meringue overflowing with whipped cream, seasonal berries and your choice of either flaked chocolate or caramel.
Ultimate apple pie
An extra deep-filled apple pie, made with shortcrust pastry, with an thick crunchy crust, bursting with Bramleys and cinnamon & Star Anise.
